Two Recipes for a Whole Chicken

I’m not sure why roasting a chicken seemed so overwhelming to me before now? If I’d known how easy it was I would’ve been blowing through whole chickens like a mad woman.

I’m sharing two recipes today. One for my Dutch Oven Roast Chicken, which leads to the most beautiful broth. And the second is my Chicken Pot Pie recipe.

Both are easy, crowd pleasers, and I’ve kept these recipes 90% organic.
